We want to show the virtues of the Garnacha in order to enhance this variety in the Toro region and maintain this varietal heritage.
The grapes come mainly from sandy soils at an average altitude of 740 m.
Fermented in French oak casks, malolactic fermentation takes place later in 500 liter hogshead and aged for 6 months.
This wine is pure fruit and freshness. These characteristics contrast with its origin, Toro Region, where the traditional wines are powerful and heavy.
This wine is the only version of Garnacha from Toro 100%, and it was produced to show its virtues in order to maintain and to increase the extension of this variety in Toro in the future.
